Pisa, 2000 — This mis-matched, wrinkled, cow flew into my face as I left a bakery laden with foccacia and olive bread. Essentially the Blue Bell of Tuscany, this brand argues that its milk is better because its local. Presumably, the milk doesn’t really come from flying cows.
